Jim and Sandy Childress have dedicated their lives and ministry to the passionate expression of praise and worship, preaching and teaching of the Word of God, and ministering the power of God to His people. During their teachings and services, they minister with prophetic giftings and many times supernatural healings and miracles take place as they follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. They teach, train and lead others to do the same both in the United States and internationally. Their hearts' desire is that through their ministry, people would learn to walk in the fullness of all that God has made available to them through Jesus Christ, and as the Word of God is proclaimed this generation would see the glory of the Lord cover the whole earth.
Jim and Sandy Childress are also the International Directors of Geração Justa (Righteous Generation), a ministry with active leadership teams in the United States, Brazil and Europe. They work closely with their Brazilian leaders, headed by Flavio Ferreira, to direct an orphanage in Itaberaba, Brazil and minister extensively to leadership, youth, street children and victimized women. In keeping with their vision to take the gospel to the nations and train national leaders, Geração Justa also directs several Bible Colleges throughout the region of Bahia, Brazil and Switzerland. International Geração Justa conferences are held each year in Brazil and Europe and Jim and Sandy train and lead yearly missions teams and teach the team members how to minister healing, deliverance, prophetic words, and the Baptism of the Holy Spirit in their conferences.
